Coverage ranges from one to five years depending on the product, with extended warranty up to five years available on qualifying products. Register your product to activate coverage and see your regional warranty conditions on the Warranty page.
Check the amplifier connection with a known-good test speaker, verify the wiring pairs and polarity, and — if a subwoofer is used — confirm the subwoofer input-panel wiring is correct.
